To ensure both drivers and vehicles are prepared for peak performance, the following will be arranged:

A 4-point technical vehicle evaluation conducted two weeks prior to the event (valued at 400 som)
Competition sticker application on vehicles two days before the event (details to be shared)
A final technical inspection by the YM workshop team on the day of qualification (complimentary)

I accept terms & conditions / Ман шартҳо ва қоидаҳоро қабул мекунам 1. Participation Eligibility Participants must hold a valid driving license. / 1. Шартҳои иштирок Иштирокчиён бояд шаҳодатномаи ронандагии эътиборнок дошта бошанд. Participants must be 18 years or older. / Иштирокчиён бояд синнашон на камтар аз 18 сол бошад. Only registered participants are allowed to take part in the event activities. / Танҳо иштирокчиёни ба қайд гирифташуда метавонанд дар фаъолиятҳои чорабинӣ иштирок намоянд. 2. Vehicle Requirements Vehicles must pass the mandatory 4-point technical inspection prior to the event. / 2. Талаботи мошинҳо Мошинҳо бояд пеш аз чорабинӣ аз санҷиши ҳатмии техникии 4-нуқта гузаранд. Vehicles must be in safe and roadworthy condition. / Мошинҳо бояд дар ҳолати бехатар ва барои истифода дар роҳ мувофиқ бошанд. Only approved BMW vehicles are allowed. / Танҳо мошинҳои тасдиқшудаи BMW иҷозат дода мешаванд. Participants must ensure their cars are properly maintained throughout the event. / Иштирокчиён бояд кафолат диҳанд, ки мошинҳои онҳо дар тамоми давраи чорабинӣ дуруст нигоҳдорӣ мешаванд. 3. Safety & Driving Rules All participants must follow instructions from event organizers and certified driving instructors at all times. / 3. Қоидаҳои бехатарӣ Ҳама иштирокчиён бояд ҳамеша дастурҳои ташкилкунандагон ва мураббиёнро риоя намоянд. Dangerous driving, reckless behaviour, or ignoring safety rules will result in immediate disqualification. / Ронандагии хатарнок ё рафтори беэҳтиётона боиси хориҷкунии фаврӣ мегардад. Helmets and any required safety gear must be worn where instructed. / Кулоҳҳо ва таҷҳизоти бехатарӣ бояд мувофиқи дастур истифода шаванд. Speed limits and track rules must be strictly followed. / Маҳдудиятҳои суръат ва қоидаҳои трек бояд қатъиян риоя шаванд. 4. Liability Disclaimer Participation is at the participant’s own risk. / 4. The organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, or loss. / Ташкилкунандагон барои ҳеҷ гуна зарар ё садама масъул нестанд. Participants are fully responsible for any damage caused. / Иштирокчиён барои ҳама гуна зарар пурра масъул мебошанд. 5. The event organizers do not provide insurance. / 5. Ташкилкунандагон суғурта пешниҳод намекунанд. 6. Event Schedule & Compliance Participants must arrive on time. / 6. Ҷадвали чорабинӣ Иштирокчиён бояд сари вақт ҳозир шаванд. Failure to comply may result in exclusion. / Риоя накардан метавонад боиси хориҷ шудан гардад. 7. Media & Promotion By participating, you agree to media usage. / 7. ВАО Бо иштирок шумо ба истифодаи акс ва видео розӣ мешавед. 8. Technical Checks Vehicles must undergo pre-check, stickers, and final check. / 8. Санҷишҳо Мошинҳо бояд аз санҷиш, стикер ва санҷиши ниҳоӣ гузаранд. Participation is not allowed without these steps. / Бе ин марҳилаҳо иштирок иҷозат дода намешавад. 9. Conduct Participants must behave professionally. / 9. Рафтор Иштирокчиён бояд рафтори касбӣ дошта бошанд. Misconduct may result in removal without refund. / Рафтори нодуруст метавонад боиси хориҷ шудан гардад. 10. Organizer Rights The organizers may modify, cancel, or disqualify participants. / 10. Ҳуқуқи ташкилкунандагон метавонанд тағйир диҳанд, бекор кунанд ё хориҷ намоянд. 11. Acceptance By participating you agree to all terms. / 11. Қабул Бо иштирок шумо ҳамаи шартҳоро қабул мекунед. 12. No advertising stickers unless approved 10 days prior. / 12. Стикерҳои таблиғотӣ манъ аст, агар 10 рӯз пеш хабар дода нашавад. 13. Training days only one passenger allowed. / 13. Дар рӯзҳои омӯзиш танҳо як мусофир иҷозат аст. 14. Race day no passenger allowed. / 14. Дар рӯзи мусобиқа мусофир иҷозат дода намешавад. 15. Back seat passengers are not allowed. / 15. Мусофирон дар қафо манъ аст. 16. Seatbelt must be worn at all times. / 16. Камарбанди бехатарӣ ҳатмист.
